Dawn is a licensed broker servicing Ventura County. For the past 6 years, she has worked side by side with one the of the areas most successful real estate brokers. Upon his retirement, Dawn decided to take the experience and knowledge she has acquired and branch out. She specializes in the beach areas of Silverstrand, Hollywood Beach and Oxnard Shores, where she lives with her husband and two children. Dawn is an active member of the community. She has sat on the governing board of the Hollywood Beach Elementary School Parent Teacher Association for the last four years, serving as Treasurer and now President. Dawn enjoys putting her networking and promotional and communication skills to work, whether it’s finding the perfect property for a buyer, or finding just the right volunteer for a specific job. Dawn wants what is best for her clients, community and most importantly her family. Being a Realtor is not just a career choice for her, it is a community endeavor.
