Knowing that you might loose your home can be an emotionally stressful time. Unfortunately, there are scam artists out there who like to benefit from other’s misfortunes.

- NEVER pay an upfront fee for loan modification services. Collecting upfront fees for a loan modification is Illegal.
- Be careful of those who promise you a GUARANTEED loan modification results. Nothing is absolute and none can promise you a successful loan modification.
- Do your homework, ask questions, ask people who are in the same situation who they have used for their loan modification.
